Ryan Golemme '23 interviews Alex Meriwether, the general manager of the Harvard Bookstore in Cambridge, MA, on how they've managed through the Pandemic. Once everything was upended in March 2020, the bookstore had to severely overhaul its practices, including a massive expansion of their online retail business, but they look forward to building upon what they've learned as the state continues to reopen.
